Shipping policy

1) Delivery areas

We deliver across Greater Cairo and other governorates in Egypt.

 

2) Delivery timelines

• Greater Cairo: typically next-day delivery.

• Same-day delivery: subject to availability.

• Governorates: timelines vary by location and will be confirmed during order processing — up to 3 days maximum.

 

3) Shipping fees

• Free shipping for orders over EGP 2000.

• EGP 100 for orders below EGP 2000.

 

4) Order updates

We’ll send order updates via WhatsApp (order confirmation / processing / shipped).

 

5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you choose COD, an EGP 50 pre-payment is required before dispatch (e.g., via InstaPay) as a confirmation fee.

• If the order is refused, the courier can’t reach you, or delivery fails due to non-receipt: the EGP 50 is non-refundable (to cover handling/shipping).

• The remaining balance is paid at delivery.

 

6) Incorrect address / failed delivery

If the address is incomplete or we can’t confirm delivery, delivery might be delayed or the order might be canceled.
