Yes. All products are 100% authentic Korean items sourced through trusted
suppliers. We inspect product condition and packaging before dispatch.

Shipping

We deliver across Greater Cairo and other governorates in Egypt.

Free shipping on orders above EGP 2,000. A flat shipping fee of EGP 100
applies to orders below EGP 2,000.

Greater Cairo: typically next-day delivery. Same-day delivery may be
available depending on location and order time (when possible). Governorates:
up to 3 days maximum; timing varies by governorate and will be confirmed during
order preparation.

You can track your shipment by heading to our dedicated Tracking page. Simply enter your 'Tracking Number' into the box and you can track your order.

We send all order updates via WhatsApp (order confirmation / preparation /
out for delivery).

Others

Visa / MasterCard — InstaPay — Cash on Delivery (COD).

If you choose COD, a confirmation fee of EGP 50 must be paid via InstaPay
before dispatch to confirm order seriousness. The remaining balance is paid
upon delivery. If the order is refused, the courier cannot reach you, or the
order is not received after dispatch, the EGP 50 may be non‑refundable as it
covers part of shipping and handling costs.

Yes. You can place a pre‑order even if an item is currently available in
store to receive an additional discount of more than 10%—ideal for customers
who like to plan purchases early in the month.

To confirm a pre‑order, a deposit of 10% of the order value is required
(minimum EGP 200). The remaining amount is paid before shipping or at final
confirmation depending on the selected payment method. Pre‑order dispatch dates
are estimates and may change based on supply.

Before dispatch: a full refund of the amount paid. After dispatch: shipping
fees are deducted and the remaining amount is refunded.

Please take clear photos of the product and packaging (including the
barcode) and send them to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery so we can
resolve it quickly.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns after
a product has been opened. Exchanges/returns are accepted within 5 days only if
the item is completely unopened, in original condition, and the box/packaging
is not damaged. Note: some sensitive products may have different handling rules
depending on storage/exposure (e.g., heat/sun); this will be confirmed at the
time of order.
